Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Altagia, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
We carefully inspect every garment to ensure quality and craftsmanship, but we understand that sometimes things need to be adjusted.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for any full-priced item that is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Please note:
- We do not cover return shipping costs — customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Returns received after the 14-day period may not be accepted and could be returned to you.
- Pre-sale and special-order items can be returned or exchanged under the same 14-day conditions.
How to Make a Return
- Email us at info@altagia.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address in Luxembourg.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Use a tracked postal service — we recommend your local post office — and keep your tracking number for reference.
Altagia cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure your return is sent with tracking.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of processing.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional days for your bank to complete the transaction.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or for another available style.
To request an exchange:
- Email info@altagia.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
- We will confirm product availability and provide exchange instructions.
- Once we receive your original item, your replacement will be sent to you.
Please note:
- Return shipping for exchanges is at your expense, but we will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you.
- Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your returned item.
Late Returns
Returns received beyond 14 days of delivery will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
